Join us for a “Chomp in the Swamp” at the Audubon Zoo’s award-winning Louisiana Swamp exhibit. Chefs and restaurants partnered with Audubon Nature Institute’s sustainable seafood program, Gulf United for Lasting Fisheries (G.U.L.F.) will prepare local seafood paired with beer provided by NOLA Brewing. This event is sponsored by the Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board.
All proceeds will support G.U.L.F.’s work with fishermen and management across the Gulf of Mexico, working to ensure the sustainability of our fisheries and seafood.
