New Orleans Lager & Ale - NOLA Beer - Craft brewing New Orleans beer

Only the finest available ingredients will be used in NOLA beers: English, German and American hops, a variety of malts from around the world, unique yeast blends and Peter Caddoo’s special touch.

NOLA Brewing will begin producing two main products - a blonde and a brown ale. Look for NOLA Blonde and NOLA Brown in your favorite bars and restaurants in October 2008.

A variety of additional seasonal flavors and unique ales and lagers will be released by NOLA Brewing in 2009.
